Meeting Info

THE ILLINOIS FORUM GENERALLY MEETS on the third Sunday of each month. Approximately 2/3rds of the meetings are held in central Illinois at the Champaign airport (Willard Field) while the remaining 1/3rd are held in upstate Brookfield, Illinois.

The next meeting of the Illinois Forum will be held on Sunday, October 19, 2008 at 1:30PM in the meeting room at the rear of the restaurant located on the second floor of Willard Field. To review the agenda, click HERE

The Willard Field meetings take place in the meeting room at the rear of the restaurant on the second floor and begin at 1:30pm. A large number of participants join in a Dutch Treat lunch before the meeting, beginning around noon. You are always welcome to join and chat with the gang before the meeting! Every 20 years, Illinois residents are given the opportunity to choose whether they want to hold a “Constitutional Convention,” or “ConCon.”

A “ConCon” provides the entry point for amending the Illinois Constitution to include such things as recall, innitiative, and referendum.
